Day 1 — Tbilisi to Kutaisi
Three and a half hours west. Stauros monastery stop, Kutaisi old town walk, Bagrati cathedral at sunset. Sleep in Kutaisi.
Day 2 — Canyons & caves
Prometheus cave in the morning, Martvili canyon boats at midday, Okatse suspension walkway if weather holds. Dinner back in Kutaisi.
Day 3 — Kutaisi to Batumi
Drop to the coast. Check in on the boulevard, walk to the Alphabet Tower at sunset, dinner at a proper Adjarian khachapuri spot. This is the postcard night.
Day 4 — Ureki & back
Ureki's magnetic black-sand beach one hour north, then the inland road back through Zestaponi. Home in Tbilisi by 20:00.
